Ep. 43: Distillerie Acadian with Philip Mestayer

Join us on 5/28/25 5:15pm PDT (7:15pm CDT) for an interview with Philip Mestayer, Head Distiller of Distillerie Acadian. Distillerie Acadian hold the distinction of holding the first official American Single Malt Whiskey label for their Bon Vale ASMW. They were the first to file a COLA label approval with the newly ratified ASMW designation (effective January 2025).

We'll also talk about how even great quality craft whiskey products don't necessarily survive due to interest in the target (local) market for small distilleries like Distillerie Acadian.
